Miracle Magnesium

We used to acquire magnesium through our spring drinking water. Unfortunately, that is not the case anymore, our drinking water is completely void of all vital minerals. Our soils have also been depleted of this essential mineral due to modern farming practices, leaving us extremely magnesium deficient. Approximately 80% of Americans are deficient in this mineral. Magnesium plays a role in 80% of biological processes & 600+ enzyme functions. Along with iodine, it is a crucial nutrient that keeps every cell in your body functioning properly. It plays a huge role in cardiovascular health & energy metabolism. Magnesium regulates how many calcium ions enter & exit our cells. Mg & Calcium should be consumed in a 1:1 ratio; the average American is currently at a 1:10 ratio. It is this very unbalance that leads to over-calcified cells- leading to many health conditions. Extra calcium excites the cells, causes spasms, & hardens the connective tissue of our arteries, leading to high blood pressure, heart conditions, renal failure, memory conditions, & so much more. Too much calcium is also highly inflammatory, which Mg is the antidote for. Magnesium also plays a critical part in breaking down blood clots. Without sufficient magnesium, small blood clots form leading to migraines and heart attacks. I highly recommend reading the book, Miracle Magnesium by Carolyn Dean, for learning more about Magnesium and its critical role in keeping us healthy.


Foods high in magnesium: spinach, avocado, seeds, beans, bananas

1 cup a day of brazil nuts = 500 mg


Most Mg supplements are not well absorbed & can cause loose stool. The following products are highly recommended for maximum absorption. 600-900 mg a day is the recommended therapeutic dose for reversing chronic illness.
