I highly recommend having the following herbs on hand as we enter the colder months. They each have unique properties that help combat viral & bacterial infections, respiratory illnesses, & digestive ailments. Mullein- Soothing, anti-inflammatory properties, helps expel mucus, and coats mucous membranes. Highly beneficial for respiratory illnesses
Sage- Anti-septic properties, soothing for a sore throat
Lemongrass- Anti-inflammatory, helps relieve digestive issues
Peppermint- Relieves headaches, soothes the muscles of the gut, alleviating the pain associated with an upset stomach, & also helps excrete lung mucus.
